Philosophy
All basic education in our pre-school is run in the english language. We stress the quality of the education in the form of game. Each class has a small number of the children – two teachers for about 12 kids. The approach of the teachers is based on the individual contact. Our school is equiped with the interactive toys, games, educational tools and computers, which should give the best assistance in the preparation for the basic school. Our educational programm is in the line with „General educational programme for the pre-school education“ paragraph 561/2004Sb. Our educational programme is concentrated on the global development of the personality of the child and on all of its aspects.
Emotional development
Our teachers create the joyfull and pleasant atmosphere in the school and they deal with the children in a friendly way and with the understanding. They help children to discover and to develop a number of feelings and immpressions which are very important for their development. They respect the unique character of the child. They support the child interests and abbilities and thus they help the creation of the healthy self-assurance and self-respect.
Social development
The group activities, sharing things, toys as well as the feelings are the best basis for the creation of the cooperation and the empathy abbilities. This is the reason why we help the children to express their feelings, their moods and the reasons why they are illtempered or upset.
Physical development
It is very important to develop the fine mobility of the children and their global adroitness. Specific activities can improve the child attention and in the long run they support the child patiance and persistance. We encourage children in their physical development in their own pace and under the safe circumstances.
The themes of the education
Our plan of the education is based on the ring of individual themes. These themes correspond to the age of children and they are part of all their daily activities. Our teachers bring those themes closer to the minds of the children with the help of pictures, songs, games, theater, travelling…. We change those themes regularly and we inform the parents respectively.
Small number of the children in the class, learning through the game, learning through the personal experiance, pointing out the structure of the education, safe environment – all this is the essential part of our philosophy of the education.

Year Programme
Each week we prepare a different theme. Children will be taught various vocabulary words centred around this theme. Games, pictures, stories, flash cards, maps and other tools will be used as teaching methods.
Aside from all the traditional Czech holidays, we also celebrate Halloween, Thanksgiving, St. Patrickś day.
Every childś birthday will be celebrated with cake, singing and a gift from the school.
We will take the children for swimming tuition at the pool in Hloubetin every Friday. In Autumn we will visit the salt caves. Every Tuesday we will walk the children to the local stables for horseback riding. We will go ice- skating in the Winter when conditions allow. Twice a year we will organise"the school in nature" somewhere in the mountains.
We are regularly visited by performance groups and clowns who entertain our children. We will create puppet plays with the children in our small puppet- theathre.
Our priorities
The most important thing is that the children are comfortable in school. They should feel safe and look forward to going to school. We welcome close contact with parents. If parents know what is happening with their child at school, they will be better able to follow- up at home.
